Evan enjoying sitting on Daddy's lap
Although we are miles away from home, it's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas. I place the I Pod on my ears and sing off tune to Bing Crosby's White Christmas. This time of year is always special to me as for many others. I so enjoy decorations, lights, music, and silly photos of years past. Each night, I take a pencil and mark off another day on the calendar and smile. I smile because it is one more day closer to going home. Home with family and friends, a perfect Christmas gift.
