Check up with the Doctor

We met with our son's pediatrician this afternoon.  We were both a bit anxious about meeting with him, but he did a wonderful job with explaining everything to us.  He has cared for many children from Ukraine and Russia.  He provided a list of medications that he will prescribe for us to take such as antibiotics and meds for scabies and lice.  He is prepared to correspond with us while we are in Ukraine as well.  Being a new mom in a foreign country with the possibility of having a child who has a cold--anxiety inducing for sure.  I keep thinking about one day not being a mom and then the next day--Mommy.  That is all the Lord's doing for sure.
